Unior was established in 1976 when four partners joined forces. They began by distributing large and small home appliances, and colour TV. To satisfy the market's demand, soon the business moved from the sales to the after sales.

In the eighties, many home-appliances distribution companies entered the Italian market with the idea of selling their products and they entrusted Unior with the technical service for their products. As the number of products to service increased, so the demand and number of service centres collaborating with Unior.

With over 30 years of experience, Unior today is a leading company in the Italian market for service of white goods, air conditioners, small appliances and fitness units.

Unior Head Office manages all the day to day activity, from the call centre's operations for the handling of the end-users call, to the shipments of the spare parts and the management of the on-site interventions. The building has an area of 1.800 square meters and is strategically positioned close to the motorway and the airport in Bologna to offer a guaranteed spare parts delivery.

Unior, being extremely flexible, is able to offer to any manufacturer a specific ad-hoc service to completely manage the after sales service operations.
